VEENUS FLOWERS

Veenus Flowers has one of the best services while we went to shop for varmalas in Edison NJ. We had shopped around but the level of service that the owner and her daughter did not match the rest. They walked us through their options and we also gave them a picture of the varmala we wanted and it came out better than imagined for better pricing. They also accommodated the pickup time and reached out to us after the wedding to see how the varmalas came out. Would definitely recommend people supporting this small business.

Veenus Flowers exceeded all of our expectations and played such an important role in making our wedding ceremony unforgettable. The varmalas, gajras, and exchange garlands they created were absolutely exquisite—beautifully crafted, fresh, and even more stunning than we had imagined. From start to finish, the team was incredibly personable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was perfect. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made the entire experience seamless and memorable. We are so grateful for their exceptional work and would wholeheartedly recommend Veenus Flowers to anyone looking for breathtaking floral arrangements and outstanding service for their special day!

I would like to share my recent experience with Venus Flowers. Recently, my wife purchased a 500 ml bottle of Grain Market Deepam Oil, for which we were charged approximately $9.50. Later, I found that a similar 500 ml Deepam Lamp Oil from another brand was available at Patel Brothers for $4.27 including tax. This significant price difference came as a surprise. I visited the store the following day to inquire about the pricing and request a return. However, I was informed that returns were not accepted. Additionally, we had not been provided with a bill for the purchase, making it difficult to verify the transaction details. I understand that stores may have different pricing and return policies, but I felt disappointed by this experience and believe customers should be provided with receipts and clear pricing information. I hope this feedback helps improve transparency and customer satisfaction in the future.

I was charged $4.99 for a single piece of cotton Vasthram, which felt a bit on the higher side. I also noticed that the prices for some unmarked pooja items seem to vary from customer to customer. It would be nice if the pricing could be made more clear and consistent, especially for sacred items meant for pooja.

I bought two banana leaves for pooja at $2.50 each. The cashier didn't show me the leaves properly—he was in a hurry, just asked me which ones I wanted, and told me not to touch them. When I got home, I found one leaf was torn and the other had black spots inside. I just wanted to share my experience: if you’re buying from this place, make sure to take your time and check the items thoroughly. The place is also quite overpriced! Note : I took these pictures three hours after buying it from the store on the same day. We kept it in a cooler bag.
